For more than 100 years, we have been buying large amounts of dried and fresh timber from sources across Europe. Thanks to our long-standing partnerships with these lumberyards, we can offer a high level of timber quality and supply reliability.

With intimate knowledge of the timber market and a local presence right at the source, Satim is able to always source the best timber for the job, at a highly competitive price. Thanks to its excellent contacts with timber suppliers and its extensive network of transporters, Satim is able to meet the tightest deadlines.
Satim sources timber from many regions. Our most important sources are Scandinavia, Germany and the Baltics, with fresh sawn timber mainly purchased in Germany. Kiln Dried timber is mostly purchased in Scandinavia and The Baltics.
Beginning at the source.
As a full member of the Faber Group, Satim is a proponent of a circular economy and sustainable business practices. With Satim, sustainability in the supply chain of pallet production and pooling begins right at the source.
Being based in The Netherlands, Satim is able to deal with timber requests throughout Europe.
